Jeremy Ganse grew up in Manheim Township and has a dual degree in Management Information Systems and Technical Communications from Clarkson University, in Potsdam New York.
In 2000 he started his own Web Hosting company: www.infrahost.net and internet reseller of Amish Structure www.lancasterbarns.com
I met my wife Lisa on Match.com. She is a graduate of York College with her BS in Nursing. Lisa is currently at home with our 3 children.

Mitch is the Managing Partner at RE/MAX SmartHub Realty, helping individuals and families navigate one of the most significant life events for many people. As a Realtor, Mitch listens carefully to understand his clients’ needs, then partners with them to help them find the home that meets all of their needs at the lowest and fairest price. He works closely with his clients throughout the transaction to ensure that their experience at RE/MAX SmartHub Realty is exceptional.
In his role as Managing Partner, Mitch supports other agents as they grow their businesses, works to recruit and retain exceptional agents who value RE/MAX SmartHub’s authentic client experience-focused approach, and provides both strategic and tactical guidance to the brokerage.
Through his work with the SmartHub Foundation, a Lancaster-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Mitch spends much of his time working with his colleagues to co-produce Lancaster MusicFest, the all-day music festival held in Lancaster, PA each Fall. Through his leadership on the SmartHub Foundation board, Mitch also works closely with local businesses, nonprofit organizations and their boards to build community that amplifies the impact of mission-driven local nonprofit organizations in Lancaster County, PA.
Mitch also loves telling stories. Through his work with Lancaster MusicFest and its partner organizations, he realized he loved helping other organizations tell their stories to help them generate enthusiasm about their work and mission. In 2019, he started The NarrativeWorks as a platform for helping other local organizations tell their stories in a compelling and memorable way, using both written and visual media.

Eric is an Account Executive based out of our Lancaster, PA office and works with commercial property and casualty accounts. As a former educator and underwriter, Eric’s expertise lies in helping his clients understand the true nature of their exposure to risk.
